Landmark home warranty contacted TS Heating to repair our Boiler, in our Home. Terrance the repair man and owner of TS heating, "the Heating Contractor"... told my husband and I; he would be back FIRST thing in the A.M. He has not shown up or called. He will not answer landmark HW calls nor MINE. I am now without heat and it will be 24 degrees tonight.Home ownership is suppose to have perks. This has not been one of them. I have never experienced such disatisafaction with a company before. If someone is incompotent of fixing boiler they should atleast refer a company who can.
