RPM was great to work with. I lived in my home renting from them for just over a year. Anytime I had a problem Kurt was able to come over and fix it. My only complaint is the neighborhood I lived in. There were a couple of boys who would throw mud and dirt around just because they can. I was out of town for a weekend and came back to a driveway caked in mud, and it was thrown on top of the home, and then they would ring the door bells around and run. RPM stated they could not do a single thing about it. That would be my only complaint.

Real Property Management is just a Complete Joke! The leasing agent is late to appointments, cant even be bothered to arrive early or pick up the trash outside places to appeal to prospects.. and the Manger is disrespectful and just rude. WROST 100 dollars I ever Spent what a waste of my time. What wont be a waste of my time is looking up property records of each rental property they manage and notifying the owners of the poor service and that the reason homes are sitting vacant for months is becuase the staff is lazy and rude!
